Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service this role you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our passengers at the airport ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the airport providing them with information and assistance as needed - Check-in passengers and their baggage ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a timely departure - Handle passenger inquiries and complaints providing prompt and efficient resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and their belongings - Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services - Maintain accurate records and reports of passenger data and transactions - Stay up-to-date with airline policies procedures and regulations Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Travel benefits - Training and development opportunities - Friendly and supportive work environment If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the aviation industry we encourage you to apply for this position.
