Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Executive/Airport Ground Staff to join our team at Bluespirit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with flight bookings changes and cancellations - Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules fares and travel packages - Process payments and issue tickets to customers - Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and complaints - Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth operations - Provide support to passengers during check-in and boarding processes - Handle baggage and cargo handling processes - Conduct security checks as per airport regulations - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in airline policies Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the travel industry - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using computer systems and ticketing software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus If you are passionate about the travel industry and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service we would love to hear from you.
