Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of airport operations. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the airport and providing excellent customer service to all airport users. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures - Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers baggage and airport facilities - Conduct security screenings and checks as per airport regulations - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and facilities - Coordinate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure efficient and timely operations - Adhere to all safety and security procedures as mandated by the company and regulatory authorities - Perform any other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and stand for extended periods of time - Knowledge of basic computer skills and proficiency in English and Hindi - Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity for career growth and advancement within the company - Training and development opportunities - Dynamic and supportive work environment If you are a team player with a passion for the aviation industry we would love to hear from you.
