Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff Passenger Service Executive you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to passengers at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that passengers have a pleasant and hassle-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and other areas of the airport - Check passengers tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other airport services - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval - Escort passengers to and from the aircraft and assist with boarding and disembarking - Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth and timely operations - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and efficient manner - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and airport personnel - Maintain a clean and organized work area including check-in counters and boarding gates - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
