Job Summary

Our client is looking for a high-caliber Legal Practitioner to join their Bulawayo office and play a pivotal role in one of Zimbabwes most dynamic and prestigious legal practices.

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle conveyancing and real estate transactions
Manage civil and criminal litigation across all courts
Draft legal pleadings contracts and related documents
Conduct legal research and prepare well-reasoned opinions
Work on matters involving: Commercial agreements Labour law Mining law Debt collection Property law Agricultural land reform
Assist with corporate law matters including joint ventures shareholder and financing agreements

Key Skills:

Strong legal drafting research and advocacy skills
Excellent time management communication and attention to detail
Professionalism integrity and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Administrative and supervisory experience is beneficial

Key Qualifications:

LLB Degree (LLM MBA or Masters in a related field is an advantage)
Admitted Legal Practitioner Notary Public and Conveyancer in the High Court of
Zimbabwe
Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in legal practice
