YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Strategy and Growth Lead plays a critical role in supporting the organisations strategic priorities advocacy agenda and growth objectives through the identification evaluation and pursuit of new business opportunities across the health and community care sector.
Working closely with Holstep Health leadership team the role supports cross-organisational planning drives high-quality funding submissions and builds strategic partnerships. It strengthens engagement with key stakeholders across government councils and the community sector ensuring growth initiatives align with organisational strategy and deliver improved health and wellbeing outcomes for communities.
This role is pivotal in bolstering Holstep Healths position in the sector by leading tender and grant responses co-ordinating cross-functional teams to develop collaborative and competitive proposals and strengthening structured processes for assessing prioritising and implementing new opportunities.
Reporting to the Manager for Strategy and Advocacy the role will collaborate closely with all areas of the organisation to deliver its strategic directions priorities and responsibilities.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
In this role you will contribute to:
Strategic support and planning across the organisation
Identifying and Co-ordinating tenders and grant opportunities
Supporting organisational growth activities and innovation
Supporting advocacy partnerships and stakeholder engagement
Research developing insights and analysis
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
You have demonstrated experience leading strategic growth business development and funding activity in community health primary care or human services. You bring a strong track record delivering high-quality tenders and grant submissions co-ordinating cross-functional teams and navigating governance processes.
You are skilled in strategic analysis stakeholder engagement and partnership development with the ability to build trusted relationships across government funders councils and the community sector. You communicate with clarity and influence use data and evidence to shape decisions and understand policy funding quality and risk requirements relevant to community health.
You are a collaborative leader who manages competing priorities works across the organisation and is motivated by improving health and wellbeing outcomes for communities.
Desirable Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in community health NGO or government-funded environments with knowledge of population health service innovation and digital health.
