Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure services provider delivering critical rail maintenance works in Western Australia.
This opportunity suits an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor who enjoys working closely with operational teams and making a genuine impact on safety outcomes in live rail environments.
The Role
Based in Port Hedland on an 8:6 roster you will support rail maintenance crews by providing practical safety leadership coaching and compliance oversight. You will play a key role in embedding safe systems of work and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

- Support implementation of safety systems and procedures
- Provide advice to supervisors and managers on HSE requirements
- Support incident investigations and safety reporting
- Coach teams on risk management and safe work practices
- Review subcontractor safety documentation and compliance
- Participate in audits inspections and site safety activities
