You will work closely with the Director across two niche industry focused businesses THE resources HUB and Resourceful Women giving you exposure to diverse clients talent solutions and workforce projects that go beyond traditional recruitment. This is relationship driven recruitment backed by real industry understanding.

The Opportunity
We are growing and this is one of those roles recruiters wish they had seen earlier.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with mining and resources exposure and mobilisation experience who wants to do meaningful work be trusted with autonomy and operate in a flexible supportive environment.
If you have ever wanted a recruitment role where you can still perform at a high level without sacrificing family school hours or balance this is it. We are genuinely open to part time full time or job share arrangements and can structure hours around personal schedules for the right person.
What You Will Be Doing
You will manage end-to-end recruitment while delivering exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
This includes
- Managing full recruitment processes across mining and resources roles
- Sourcing screening interviewing and presenting quality candidates
- Coordinating mobilisation including site compliance medicals inductions and documentation
- Building and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships
- Supporting candidates through offer onboarding and transition
- Working with the team to build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies
- Maintaining accurate ATS records and reporting
