The Role:
You will be instrumental in expanding our client base by connecting corporate leaders with our suite of HR solutions. This role focuses on consultative sellingunderstanding client challenges presenting tailored offerings and building partnerships that drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by prospecting engaging and securing corporate clients for our HR consulting services.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations showcasing our recruitment talent acquisition and background screening solutions.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HR decision-makers and business leaders.
- Maintain a strong pulse on industry trends in recruitment HR tech and employment screening.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience ideally within HR services recruitment or staffing.
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Aptitude for diagnosing client HR challenges and positioning relevant solutions.

- Background in selling background verification or employment screening services.
