Job Title: Solar Sales Executive / Solar Sales Manager

Location: Nairobi Kenya

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Solar Sales professionals to join our expanding team in Nairobi Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales business development and client relationship management within the renewable energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful solar project sales.

  • Promote and sell solar PV systems batteries inverters and EPC solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings site surveys and requirement assessments.

  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals quotations and tenders.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential commercial and industrial clients.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 26 years of experience in solar sales / renewable energy sales (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems inverters batteries and project costing.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.

  • Familiarity with Kenyas solar market is a strong advantage.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field preferred.
