Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Solar Sales professionals to join our expanding team in Nairobi Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales business development and client relationship management within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into successful solar project sales.
Promote and sell solar PV systems batteries inverters and EPC solutions.
Conduct client meetings site surveys and requirement assessments.
Prepare technical-commercial proposals quotations and tenders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential commercial and industrial clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications:
26 years of experience in solar sales / renewable energy sales (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems inverters batteries and project costing.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
Familiarity with Kenyas solar market is a strong advantage.
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field preferred.
