Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Identify prospect and acquire new clients within the HoReCa sector

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed set targets

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking cold calling and referrals

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to the clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with hotels restaurants chains and catering companies in liason with the Business development Manager

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned region

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

  • Develop deep understanding of client operations to propose customized cleaning solutions

  • Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities

  • Provide feedback to product development teams on client needs and market demands

  • Participate in trade shows industry events and association meetings

  • Develop case studies and testimonials from successful client implementations



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Atleast 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in HoReCa or cleaning/chemical industry

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Established network within the HoReCa industry (hotels restaurants catering) is an added advantage

  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and sanitation requirements

  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

  • Atleast a deploma in Business Marketing or related field

  • Driving skills of not less than 3years (Driving Licence Class BCE)

Skills

  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot Oddo etc.)

  • Multilingual abilities relevant to the local market
