Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Identify prospect and acquire new clients within the HoReCa sector
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed set targets
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking cold calling and referrals
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to the clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals with hotels restaurants chains and catering companies in liason with the Business development Manager
Account Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned region
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Develop deep understanding of client operations to propose customized cleaning solutions
Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities
Provide feedback to product development teams on client needs and market demands
Participate in trade shows industry events and association meetings
Develop case studies and testimonials from successful client implementations
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Atleast 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in HoReCa or cleaning/chemical industry
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Established network within the HoReCa industry (hotels restaurants catering) is an added advantage
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and sanitation requirements
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Atleast a deploma in Business Marketing or related field
Driving skills of not less than 3years (Driving Licence Class BCE)
