- Drive end-to-end sales capability building by ensuring the team is equipped with the right skills behaviors and tools to consistently meet and surpass targets.
- Support team leaders in improving individual and team sales effectiveness.
- Prepare and share training and performance insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and one-on-one performance support for sales team members.
- Monitor sales performance trends to identify skills gaps and training needs.
- Reinforce the effective execution of sales campaigns and promotions through training and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership and marketing teams to align training content with current sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales with at least five (5) years in sales training sales leadership or coaching
- Strong background in sales with a proven ability to train coach and motivate sales teams.
- Excellent facilitation presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate sales strategies into clear practical training interventions.
- High levels of professionalism organization and attention to detail.
- Results-driven proactive and hands-on approach.
