We are seeking a Senior Product Manager Seller Tools & Engagement to define and execute the strategy for how Target engages guides and enables sellers at scale.
You will lead the strategy vision and execution of our Seller Portal. You will shape the ecosystem that empowers sellers expands guest choice and delivers scalable growth
In this role you will lead a charter that improves seller activation compliance performance and adoption across the marketplace lifecycle. You will own the systems signals and experiences that shape seller behaviordriving measurable improvements in marketplace quality operational efficiency and seller success.
This is a highly cross-functional data-driven role requiring strong product judgment systems thinking and the ability to influence outcomes without authority. You will partner closely with engineering design operations and analytics teams to deliver intelligent scalable solutions that help sellers take the right actions at the right time.
As a Senior Product Manager you will take lead on - Owning seller lifecycle engagement including activation adoption performance improvement and re-engagement. Designing data-driven nudges reminders and interventions that influence seller behavior and improve compliance quality and productivity. Enabling sellers to easily understand what actions they need to take and why reducing friction and support dependency. Driving measurable behavior change in seller success. Define KPIs for marketplace success Use data and experimentation (A/B testing cohort analysis) to refine features and improve adoption. Drive AI/ML powered insights
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
6 years of hands-on Product Management experience or equivalent domain experience
Proven success in building and scaling marketplaces platforms or complex multi-sided ecosystem
Deep understanding of marketplace economics seller ecosystems and buyer behavior.
Strong technical aptitude experience working closely with business engineering and data science and cross functional enterprise teams.
Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically while driving operational excellence.
