Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of operations of Hotels to achieve customer (guests employees corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Personally drive and support the sales Marketing and Distribution. Encourages leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and set aggressive goals that will drive the propertys financial performance.
Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities; translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy.
Ensure that service standards and procedures as well as the delivery of the brands guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
Establish strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders including owning company local authorities and surrounding community.
Qualifications :
15 years industry experience in upmarket brands; at least 2 years experience as General Manager. huge plus. Pre-Opening experience is a must.
Financially astute with proven track record of exceptional sales pricing and revenue management competencies
Strong Rooms and Sales background will be an added advantage; Strong process orientation; Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills
