Job Summary
This role focuses on driving Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open-market sourcing. The Sales Manager will be responsible for business acquisition market penetration and managing key external relationships to ensure consistent portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source customers for Mortgage (HL/LAP) products through DSA connectors builders and direct channels.
Manage the complete lifecycle of customer acquisition—from lead generation to login and disbursement.
Develop relationships with channel partners and identify new avenues for business generation.
Ensure timely processing of files with credit legal and technical teams.
Maintain strong portfolio quality and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned geography.
Track market trends competitor activity and pricing to stay competitive.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage Sales (Home Loan / LAP).
Strong market understanding and existing relationships with DSAs connectors builders and property agents.
Good communication negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to handle high-volume sourcing and meet defined targets.
