Were Hiring: Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner Chennai

Base Location: Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai can apply)
Work Location: Chennai (Travel/visit required as per business needs)

Role Overview
You will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives while managing end-to-end HR operations.
Key Requirements
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
Preferably an immediate joiner
1013 years of relevant HR experience
Experience reporting to senior leadership/directors
Knowledge of GreytHR is an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations aligned with business goals
Partner with leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning
Manage recruitment and manpower planning
Drive employee engagement culture and retention initiatives
Handle employee relations grievances and conflict resolution
Design and manage performance and appraisal systems
Oversee payroll compensation and benefits coordination
Ensure labor law and statutory compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
Maintain HR data MIS reports and confidentiality
