Sr. Administrative Assistant
Monday-Friday 40 hours. On-site.
Wonderful opportunity to provide administrative support to the Center for Nursing Excellence Team which includes professional practice quality & safety research and innovation initiatives!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment. A minimum of 5-7 years of administrative assistant experience strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word and familiar with or ability to learn AI tools.
In this role you will handle scheduling arrange appointments travel meetings including coordinating documents refreshments and resources and conference calls.
Prepares correspondence meeting minutes or executive summaries.
Maintains files and office supplies budget records reconciles and verifies expenses and completes reimbursements.
Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment.
Remain knowledgeable of corporate policy.
Often called upon to interpret and communicate executive intent to other employees.

Specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support to senior executives or chiefs (e.g. Top Leader of divisions Services or administrative units). Responsibilities may include coordination and scheduling correspondence and presentation preparation and travel arrangements. Requires highly proficient/advanced administrative skills.
