THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support (ALMT) for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Opportunity to lead major projects
By leading projects for an international Axians customer you can make your mark in the IT world.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support (ALMT) for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Assist Front Office and Middle Office users (our clients) in their daytoday work troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and operational problems encountered during the day
- Perform the first level of incident investigation
- Act as single point of contact for any users related topics and coordinate different actors when addressing transversal issues
- Understand business issues and business impacts
- Continuous training on Business knowledge to keep service level on top
- Proven experience with SQL Server/Oracle and Sybase
- Knowledge in Investment finance (eg Derivatives Money Market products)
- Familiarity with Kibana and Grafana
- Handson experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
- Fluency in English and French
