Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead cross-functional operations and work closely with the Sales Head to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments. This role involves collaborating with Sales Customer Support and Backend teams to drive efficiency and ensure smooth service delivery in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams across Sales Customer Support and Backend functions
  • Collaborate with the Sales Head to align operational activities with sales targets and forecasts
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for effective execution of sales commitments
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) MIS reports and operational performance
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time
  • Drive accountability and performance across teams


Requirements

NOTE: This is completely an operations role & doesnt involve sales

  • 56 years of experience in operations
  • Proven leadership experience with exposure to sales coordination
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is preferred
