Video Content Analyst German Speaker
Location: LACS Santos Oeiras Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: 2 March 2026

Schedule: Rotative shifts 24/7
About the Role
As a Video Content Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating video and advertising content for a leading streaming service platform. Your work ensures that all content complies with platform policies local regulations and project guidelines.
No sensitive content involved
With or without contact center experience
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze online video and advertisement content
- Remove inappropriate or noncompliant ads
- Ensure ads are suitable for the target audience (e.g. ageappropriate content)
- Apply local legislation and internal guidelines consistently
- Maintain high quality and accuracy standards
Candidate Profile
- Nativelevel German (C2)
- English level B1/B2
- No previous experience required (up to 12 months of content moderation experience accepted)
- Experience in a contact center is a plus but not mandatory
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating shift system
- Basic computer skills
Salary & Benefits
- Approx. 16800 gross/year
- Base salary: 14000 gross/year
- Language bonus: 235 gross/month
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (net paid via meal card)
- Transportation allowance: 720/year
- Yearly performance bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary
- Total compensation: approx. 1400/month benefits

Contract Details
- 2month paid training agreement
- 1year fixedterm contract
- 30day probation period
Relocation Support (for candidates outside Continental Portugal)

- Relocation bonus: 2000 gross (paid with first payroll)
