Are you passionate about digital safety and e-commerce trends We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Moderation Specialist to join our multicultural team in this role you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for our online community by monitoring and reviewing content in accordance with local market expertise.
Role Overview
As a Content Moderation Specialist you will balance technical moderation skills with empathetic customer service. You will act as a guardian of platform integrity making rational decisions to maintain service standards particularly during high-volume promotional seasons.
Key Responsibilities
Content Review: Monitor and moderate user-generated content ensuring compliance with platform policies and local market regulations.
E-commerce Support: Apply a strong understanding of e-commerce standards to evaluate products and services.
Decision Making: Utilize rational judgment and analytical skills to resolve complex moderation cases.
Communication: Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication in both Polish and English.
Volume Management: Efficiently manage fluctuations in queue volumes during peak operational periods.
Working Hours & Shift Patterns
This position operates on a 24/7 rotative shift model (Monday to Sunday) to ensure continuous platform safety.
3 Rotational Shifts: * 07:00 16:00
14:00 23:00
22:30 07:30 (Night Shift)
Days Off: 2 rotative days per week.
Professional Requirements
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Polish and a professional level of English.
Skills: Strong moderation aptitude exceptional empathy and rational decision-making capabilities.
Expertise: Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and local Polish market nuances.
Adaptability: Ability to maintain focus and quality during high-pressure peak seasons.
Compensation & Financial Incentives
Base Salary: 920 per month (paid over 14 months per year).
Welcome Bonus: 1000 (for Polish speakers) distributed in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment.
Attendance Bonus: 45 per month (paid over 11 months per year).
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day.
Comprehensive Benefits
Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (with a monthly contribution). Coverage becomes free of charge after 6 months of service.
Relocation Support (Outside Portugal): Access to shared accommodation for up to 12 months (detailed terms to be discussed during the interview).
