Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat

Support customers with e-commerce products orders and services

Provide clear professional and solution-oriented communication

Manage high volumes of interactions during peak periods

Accurately log all interactions in internal systems

Follow internal procedures and service standards
Requirements

Native or fluent Hungarian (C1C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong understanding of e-commerce environments

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle high workloads during busy periods

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Eligible to work in Portugal
