Capital Automotive is on the hunt for a high-energy people-first Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you love connecting with customers thrive on fast-paced communication and get fired up by turning conversations into opportunitiesyoull feel right at home here. This role is all about building relationships managing leads and setting the stage for a great customer experience from the very first touchpoint.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Responding quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone email text and online inquiries

  • Managing and prioritizing leads to ensure timely thoughtful follow-up

  • Connecting with customers to understand their needs and help guide their buying journey

  • Sharing information about vehicles services and current promotions

  • Highlighting features benefits and value in a clear engaging way

  • Collaborating with the BDC team sales staff and other departments to drive results

  • Keeping accurate up-to-date notes in our CRM system

  • Staying informed on market trends inventory and competitor offerings

  • Jumping in on other duties as neededwere one team here

What Were Looking For

  • Sales or customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus!)

  • Strong communication skills and natural sales instincts

  • Comfort with phone text and virtual sales conversations

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales-related tools

  • A team player whos motivated by goals and excited to exceed them

  • Adaptability in a fast-moving tech-driven environment

  • Willingness to pass pre-employment background screenings
