Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for large-scale land acquisition in line with project development pipeline.
Identify suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects (wind/solar/hybrid).
Conduct due diligence to ensure clear title legal validity and compliance with state and central regulations.
Lead negotiations with landowners farmers and local communities to secure land at optimal cost.
Oversee the execution of lease/sale agreements MoUs and related documentation.
Liaise with revenue registration and other government departments for land mutation conversion and clearances.
Build lead and mentor a team of land acquisition managers and field officers.
Build relationships with local communities government officials and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth land transactions.
Ensure compliance with all legal environmental and statutory requirements related to land.
Anticipate and mitigate risks related to land disputes litigation or regulatory changes.
Qualifications & Experience
Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 15 20 years of experience.
Strong exposure to renewable energy (wind/solar) or large infrastructure/industrial projects.
Excellent negotiation communication and people management skills.
Proven ability to work with government authorities legal teams and local communities.
