Sales Executive (Contract)
We are seeking proactive and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our team in Bengaluru Karnataka. Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of products/services within the assigned territory in Bengaluru.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the tyre lubricant or battery industry or related automotive aftermarket segments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and performance to management.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and field sales.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the tyre lubricant or battery industry or related automotive aftermarket.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools e.g. CRM software.
- Any specific educational requirements e.g. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
