We are seeking a confident enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ruislip starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys Key Stage 2 and is passionate about delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire pupils.

As the Year 4 Teacher you will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum while supporting pupils academically socially and emotionally. You will create an inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel confident motivated and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Plan deliver and assess high-quality lessons across the Year 4 curriculum
Create a structured positive and inclusive classroom environment
Use assessment data to monitor progress and plan targeted interventions
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils including SEND and EAL
Promote positive behaviour independence and a love of learning
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants colleagues and senior leaders
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
Contribute to staff meetings CPD sessions and whole-school initiatives
Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 4
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
Be organised confident and enthusiastic
Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be reflective adaptable and committed to professional development
Show a strong commitment to inclusion safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
