We are seeking an enthusiastic confident and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in High Wycombe starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Key Stage 2 education and enjoys delivering engaging lessons that develop pupils confidence independence and academic skills.

As a Year 3 Teacher you will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum promoting strong learning habits and preparing pupils for the challenges of Upper Key Stage 2. You will foster a positive inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity resilience and a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan deliver and assess high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
Create a positive inclusive and well-structured classroom environment
Use assessment data to track progress and plan targeted support
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils including SEND and EAL
Promote positive behaviour independence and a love of learning
Encourage pupils social emotional and academic development
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants colleagues and senior leaders
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
Contribute to staff meetings CPD sessions and whole-school initiatives
Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 3
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
Be organised confident and enthusiastic
Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be reflective adaptable and committed to professional development
Show a strong commitment to inclusion safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
