Senior Executive - Safety Sustainability & Compliance

Location: Katunayake

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system standards and group guidelines and promote a strong safety culture
  • Conduct regular safety inspections risk assessments and hazard identification across operations
  • Investigate accidents incidents and near misses prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate safety training programmes and fire drills
  • Manage key compliance certifications (C-TPAT ISO 9001/14001/18001 SMETA GRS RCS) and maintain all required documentation
  • Drive sustainability and environmental initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety culture and compliance standards

    Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors Degree in related discipline and or Professional qualifications with exposure to OHS compliance and sustainability

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the fields of OHS compliance & sustainability

  • Excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages (written and oral)
