Tasks
- Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their tech needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement security measures to protect company data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Stay updated with the latest tech trends and tools to recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to staff ensuring everyone can effectively use the companys IT resources.
Requirements
- Experience with network management and cybersecurity practices.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ability to work closely with various departments to enhance IT infrastructure.
