EA NO Business Coordinator
Job Summary
Job Overview
You will provide end-to-end administrative coordination and operational support across teams and leadership ensuring seamless communication timely execution and effective follow-through in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex calendar management scheduling across multiple stakeholders and meeting coordination
- Correspondence support; drafting emails presentations agendas briefs and packs
- Ensure effective coordination administrative control and operational support across functions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external leadership touchpoints
- Drive timely execution of initiatives through proactive follow-ups and tracking
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment
- Effective Recording tracking and followingup on decisions and action items from meetings
- Coordinate logistics for client visits meetings and executive travel both local and overseas
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and administrative workflows as required
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English excellent business communication
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar EA or PA role
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) coupled with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities remain calm under pressure and anticipate needs
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment
- Service mindset high integrity with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital collaboration and AI-enabled tools
