We focus exclusively on large traditional enterprises in industries such as Manufacturing Insurance Banking and Pharma.

About the Role
Were looking for a driven high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Go-To-Market team.
As an SDR at Asklio youll be at the frontline of our growth responsible for identifying engaging and qualifying potential enterprise customers for one of the most advanced AI products in procurement today. This role is ideal for someone who:
Wants to kick-start or accelerate a career in B2B SaaS sales
Thrives in a high-ownership early-stage scale-up environment
Enjoys researching companies building relationships and opening doors
What Youll Do
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls email LinkedIn and social channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Research target accounts (1000 employees) and identify key stakeholders:Procurement Legal IT Compliance
Generate interest in Asklios AI procurement platform through thoughtful personalized messaging
Maintain a high volume of daily activity (calls emails social touches)
Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings
Collaborate closely with:
Account Executives (handover & deal context)
Marketing (campaigns messaging ICP feedback)
Sales Context
Target customers: Upper Mid-Market & Enterprise
ICP: Companies with 1000 employees traditional industries only
Deal sizes (AE-led): 100K200K ARR
Sales cycles: 5 months
Must-Haves:
Open to fresh graduates - up to 1 year sales / SDR experience
Education bachelors or higher
High in energy
Self-motivated resilient and competitive in a healthy way
Curious structured and coachable
Excited about early-stage slightly chaotic scale-up environments
Nice to have:
Previous SDR experience
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales
Exposure to enterprise sales cycles
Interest in AI automation or workflow software
Technical or analytical mindset
