Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a pediatric client through in-home ABA services in Baltimore Maryland (21218).
This is a part-time position with a consistent weekday evening schedule ideal for an RBT seeking additional hours or a predictable schedule after school hours. The RBT will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting skill development and positive behavior change in the home setting.
Schedule
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the clients home
Implement behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA
Collect accurate session data and document progress
Support skill development in communication behavior regulation and daily living
Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members
Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinical and ethical standards
This is a non-exempt hourly position paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to work independently in an in-home setting
Reliable transportation to and from the clients home
Strong communication and professionalism
Consistent availability for the required weekday evening schedule
Commitment to ethical compassionate and client-centered care
