Job Summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a pediatric client through in-home ABA services in Baltimore Maryland (21218).

This is a part-time position with a consistent weekday evening schedule ideal for an RBT seeking additional hours or a predictable schedule after school hours. The RBT will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting skill development and positive behavior change in the home setting.

Schedule

  • MondayFriday

  • 4:00 PM8:00 PM

  • Consistent ongoing schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the clients home

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA

  • Collect accurate session data and document progress

  • Support skill development in communication behavior regulation and daily living

  • Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members

  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinical and ethical standards

This is a non-exempt hourly position paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.



Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Ability to work independently in an in-home setting

  • Reliable transportation to and from the clients home

  • Strong communication and professionalism

  • Consistent availability for the required weekday evening schedule

  • Commitment to ethical compassionate and client-centered care
