Mobile Commercial Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)
Pay: $25$30/hr
Shift: 1st Shift MondayFriday 12:00 PM 4:30 PM
Location: Albuquerque NM 87101
Travel: Local sites Company vehicle & tools provided
The Job
Were looking for a part-time Commercial Maintenance Technician who knows their way around buildings and isnt afraid to get their hands dirty. Youll travel to local commercial properties handling day-to-day maintenance repairs and service work. This is a great fit for a solid all-around tech who takes pride in clean quality work and good customer relationships.
What Youll Do
Handle preventative and corrective maintenance work orders
Perform minor plumbing (toilets faucets valves sensors unclogs)
Do basic electrical work (fixtures switches outlets bulbs ballastswithin state limits)
Patch drywall paint and handle light carpentry and repairs
Maintain walls floors doors and general appearance of buildings
Complete inspections and document work using a tablet or phone
Pick up materials and supplies as needed
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Travel locally between commercial properties
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent experience
25 years of general maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
Working knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry and general repairs
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for work orders
Able to work safely and follow OSHA guidelines
