Job Summary
Door Systems & Access Control Technician
Location: Devens MA
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay: $26$39 per hour (based on experience)
The Job
Were looking for a hands-on tech to maintain and repair commercial and automatic door systems and access control hardware at a large pharmaceutical facility. Clean site steady hours specialized work and plenty of variety.
What Youll Do
Repair and maintain roll-up doors man doors storefront doors fire doors dock doors and high-speed doors
Install and service mag locks electric strikes sensors and access devices
Troubleshoot door operators closers locks and safety systems
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and light general facility repairs
Document work and communicate clearly with site leadership
Skills & Experience That Make You a Great Fit
Hands-on experience with commercial door systems
Familiar with brands like Stanley Dormakaba Tormax Schlage or similar
Comfortable using a phone or tablet for work orders
Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely in a team environment
Bonus: experience in lab or manufacturing environments cGMP knowledge AAADM certification
Weekday schedule. Solid pay. Specialized trade work with variety and impact.
