Job Summary
General Maintenance Technician-Spencerville OH
Pay: $20$23 per hour
Were seeking a reliable General Maintenance Technician with experience in fire life safety systems pharmaceutical/cleanroom environments and carpentry. This hands-on role supports critical facility operations by maintaining mechanical systems ensuring safety compliance and performing general repairs.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and facility equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
Inspect maintain and repair fire life safety systems
Perform carpentry work such as building repairing and modifying fixtures
Read blueprints schematics and technical manuals
Follow all safety regulations GMP and cleanroom protocols
Document maintenance and repair activities
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in fire life safety systems pharmaceutical/cleanroom environments and carpentry
Proficient with hand and power tools
Knowledge of fire safety codes and cleanroom procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (heights confined spaces)
Flexible schedule availability as needed
Preferred
Vocational training or associate degree
NICET Fire Alarm Systems certification
cGMP/FDA experience
