Job Summary
Sr. Maintenance Technician
Pay: $28$35 per hour
Location: Orlando FL
Shift: 1st Shift
Were seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Technician to support commercial and industrial facility operations. This senior hands-on role focuses on advanced troubleshooting system maintenance and project support while ensuring safe and efficient building operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform shift rounds and inspect building systems
Troubleshoot repair and maintain electrical mechanical and plumbing systems
Install and service facility equipment and controls
Follow OSHA lockout/tagout and site safety procedures
Lead complex repairs and provide guidance to subcontractors
Document work in the CMMS and support preventive maintenance planning
Coordinate parts ordering vendors and project tasks
