Job Summary
The IT Operations Engineer provides technical support coordinates local technology requirements and assists in delivering Business Solutions across the Area Office. This role ensures reliable daily IT operations supports project initiatives and trains users to effectively adopt technology tools and systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely handson support for computers software operating systems printers copiers phone systems network devices cabling AV/VC systems and collaboration tools.
- Document prioritize evaluate and coordinate local technology needs to support implementation of global Business Solutions.
- Identify system or product improvement opportunities; assist in gathering requirements for new or enhanced solutions.
- Oversee and support IT projects involving multiple technologies teams and locations.
- Deliver remote and occasional in person technical training to employees leaders and end users.
- Provide occasional weekend or evening support as required (compensatory time off provided).
- Participate in limited international travel when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant IT experience preferred (candidates with less experience may be considered).
- Strong ability in network support hardware/software installation and general IT helpdesk support.
- Familiarity with Zoom MS Teams and Cisco Room Devices and collaboration tools.
- Experience with Copilot PowerApps Power BI Power Pages or Power Automate is an advantage.
- Strong organizational coordination and problemsolving skills.
- Dependable selfmotivated detailoriented and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under time pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English fluency required.

This role requires a serviceoriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical users in a fastpaced diverse environment.
