Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Electrical Electronic or related engineering discipline
- A minimum of 8 years post qualification experience preferably gained in a railway engineering environment including 5 years experience
in system assurance - Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
- Good interpersonal communication report writing and analytical skills

Responsibilities
- Ensure systematic application of risk management in Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit by supporting implementation of risk control standards methodologies and guidelines
- Provide professional advice on risk management and conducting technical studies/risk review (e.g. Major Risk Scenarios Review) as well as communicating best practices
- Drive systematic management of critical safety risks through safety critical systems and safety critical items management
- Lead the implementation of the newly developed risk management tools and monitor their continuous application
- Manage a team of engineers to ensure quality delivery of risk management services
