Were looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Technology this role you will have the opportunity to lead and support critical projects that directly contribute to strengthening our operational efficiency and service delivery. As a partner to US Segment Project Leads you will help drive project planning manage risks and ensure timely communication that keeps stakeholders informed and aligned.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and management.
- Possess excellent skills in escalation handling planning organizing and communication.
- Maintain high organization and track multiple priorities with varying deadlines; adapt and provide support as needed.
- Identify and mitigate key risks reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage tasks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with US Segment Project Leads/Owners to develop project plans.
- Coordinate deliverables and status updates.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
- Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City) or Mactan Newtown (Cebu)
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
- Amenable to work in night shift schedule
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a Project Management role
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business Project Management or related discipline)
- PM Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Proficient with JIRA Confluence PowerBI and Office 365 Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating timelines deliverables and reporting.
- Excellent escalation handling planning organization and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt quickly and maintain high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
