Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the companys financial health and stability implementing strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency.
Identify and assess financial risks developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings collaborating with external tax advisors as needed to optimize tax efficiency.
Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of collaboration growth and accountability.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience working in an agency or a US company is preferred.
Proven experience in financial management with at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis budgeting and forecasting processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools as well as MS Excel.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in e-commerce or retail finance is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
