Responsibilities:
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans;
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions from job intake to offer acceptance;
Lead coach and develop a team of recruiters setting clear KPIs and performance expectations;
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements timelines and market conditions;
Provide market insights recruitment recommendations and support in hiring decisions;
Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill quality of hire pipeline health) and drive process improvements;
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient compliant and consistently applied across the team;
Drive adoption and optimisation of ATS and other recruitment tools and identify opportunities for automation;
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or critical roles leveraging multiple sourcing channels (job boards referrals direct sourcing agencies);
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a people management role;
Strong experience managing high-volume and/or specialised hiring with ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
Proven leadership and people management skills with ability to coach and develop recruiters;
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive improvements;
Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
Solid understanding of recruitment markets sourcing strategies and employer branding;
Experience with ATS and recruitment technology; familiarity with regional or multi-country recruitment is a plus.
