Job Summary

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 24 countries and we are looking for a Sales Recruitment Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans;

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions from job intake to offer acceptance;

  • Lead coach and develop a team of recruiters setting clear KPIs and performance expectations;

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements timelines and market conditions;

  • Provide market insights recruitment recommendations and support in hiring decisions;

  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill quality of hire pipeline health) and drive process improvements;

  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient compliant and consistently applied across the team;

  • Drive adoption and optimisation of ATS and other recruitment tools and identify opportunities for automation;

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or critical roles leveraging multiple sourcing channels (job boards referrals direct sourcing agencies);

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a people management role;

  • Strong experience managing high-volume and/or specialised hiring with ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams;

  • Proven leadership and people management skills with ability to coach and develop recruiters;

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive improvements;

  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills;

  • Solid understanding of recruitment markets sourcing strategies and employer branding;

  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technology; familiarity with regional or multi-country recruitment is a plus.
