We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our sales growth in new regions. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in new regions and markets building strong client relationships and driving revenue in an international setting.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets starting from APAC.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and accounts with international portfolios.
- Actively build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and counterparts across regions.
- Represent Labrador in client meetings negotiations and industry events globally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance forecasts and market insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading sales growth in new regions and markets within an international context.
- Strong track record of managing accounts with international portfolios.
- Experience in selling design publication technology and data products/services.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and business development.
- Wiling to report in Pasig Philippines with flexibility to work from Manila and travel as needed.
- Strong negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Hubspot is a plus.
- Self-driven results-oriented and adaptable to diverse cultural environments.
