This is a remote position.
Were looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Growth Manager to monetise our channels primarily our website LinkedIn and newsletter by building affiliate and commercial partnerships from scratch.
This role is about finding pitching and closing deals not managing inbound affiliates. Youll identify relevant companies apply to affiliate programs negotiate direct partnerships and turn traffic into revenue through affiliate placements sponsored content ads listings and traffic deals.
This is a hands-on growth and business development role with a strong performance marketing mindset.
What Youll Do
Affiliate & Partner Acquisition
Research and identify affiliate programs brands SaaS AI tools influencer marketing and B2B companies
Apply to affiliate programs and pitch direct partnerships
Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners and handle inbound enquiries
Outreach & Deal Making
Run cold outreach via email LinkedIn and other channels
Pitch traffic-driven opportunities (affiliate placements sponsored posts paid listings)
Negotiate CPA CPL revenue-share and fixed-fee deals and close partnerships
Monetisation & Performance
Identify opportunities to monetise existing content and traffic
Propose new formats (comparisons reviews listings sponsored content)
Work with internal teams to publish and optimise placements (WordPress)
Track clicks conversions revenue and partner performance

You consistently bring in new affiliate and commercial partners
Our traffic turns into measurable growing revenue
You operate like an owner not an order-taker

Requirements
2 years experience in affiliate marketing partnerships business development or performance marketing
Proven experience with outbound outreach and deal closing
Strong understanding of affiliate models sponsored content and performance-based marketing
Creative commercially minded hands-on and comfortable building from zero
Strong written English and a data-driven execution-focused mindset
