Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
EMR: Epic
Non-Billable Orientation: 0hours
Multipliers (OT Holiday): 1.25%
ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio.
HOUSING FLYER: description : 48hr guarantee is not available for this need

- 2 years Med Surg experience required
- Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit if needed required
- Traveler will float to Kingsbury CUSTODIAL patients as needed (higher patient ratio lower acuity)
- EPIC experience required
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
- ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio.
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH license must be in-hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license.
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
