The Reality (Read This Carefully)
This role requires call volume.
- 50 outbound calls per shift is normal
- Mentoring and leading front desk and membership sales reps
- Inbound calls from people actively requesting information
- In-person outreach
- Business-to-business conversations
- Lead follow-up confirmations and reactivation

Who Were Looking For
- At least 6 year of sales experience in like field (fitness nutrition supplements etc)
- A real passion for fitness (your own journey counts)
- High energy and confidence speaking with new people
- Self-driven accountable and coachable
- Comfortable with volume follow-up and closing
- Eager to learn and grow their sales abilities
- Confident and self-motivating

We provide a safe hourly baseline so you have consistency but income here is driven by performance not clock-watching.
Our Membership Advisors earn 10%20% commission on everything they sell including:
- Memberships
- Supplements and retail
- Personal training packages and programs
There is no cap on commissions.
