Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Technical SaaS Platform Lead / CLM Technical Owner
Location: New York City New York - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Type: Contract

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Technical SaaS Platform Leadto act as thetechnical ownerof enterprise SaaS platforms with a strong focus onContract Lifecycle Management (CLM)solutions such as iCertis and related GRC systems. This isnot a traditional system administration or support rolethe position demands deep technical expertise inintegrations APIs and platform architecture.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap betweenbusiness workflows and technical implementation ensuring scalable reliable and well-integrated solutions across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as thetechnical ownerfor CLM and related SaaS platforms driving architecture integrations and technical decision-making
Design analyze and troubleshootAPI-based integrations including RESTful services andJSON schema structures
Understand and mapbusiness workflows and UI processesto backend systems and integrations
Lead discussions with vendors bychallenging technical designs validating feasibility and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
Provide deep expertise inenterprise authentication mechanisms including SSO OAuth SAML and identity management flows
Diagnose and resolveintegration failures performance issues and downstream system impacts
Evaluate and vet vendor solutions from atechnical architecture standpoint
Guide and mentor internal admin/support teams enabling them to become moreself-sufficient and technically capable
Ensure platform changes are assessed fordownstream impact across integrated systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security compliance business stakeholders and engineering teams
Support governance and compliance initiatives aligned withGRC frameworks
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong experience withSaaS platform architectureand enterprise application ecosystems
Deep knowledge ofAPIs integrations and JSON schema design/validation
Hands-on experience withSSO authentication protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect)
Proven ability totroubleshoot complex integration issuesacross multiple systems
Experience withCLM platforms (iCertis preferred)or similar enterprise SaaS tools
Solid understanding ofGRC (Governance Risk Compliance)and contract lifecycle processes
Ability to connectbusiness processes with technical implementations
Strong communication skills with the ability tolead technical conversations with vendors and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience inContract Lifecycle Management (CLM)platforms like iCertis
Background inenterprise integrations / middleware / system architecture
Exposure tocompliance-driven environments(finance healthcare insurance etc.)
Prior experience in atechnical leadership or platform ownership role
