ANGARAI is seeking an ICT Executive to manage the organizations end-to-end IT and digital ecosystem with a strong focus on Zoho One administration system automation access control security and compliance using the Zoho ecosystem as the single system of record. This role supports both ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA) and operates in alignment with U.S. EST business hours.
The role plays a critical part in supporting ANGARAIs commitment to operational excellence information security data integrity audit readiness and continuous improvement ensuring stable and secure IT operations reliable system integrations effective dashboards and reporting controlled access management and a scalable digital infrastructure that supports business functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the Zoho One Directory including user onboarding offboarding role assignment and license management.
- Configure and maintain access controls user permissions and role-based security across all Zoho applications.
- Ensure proper governance of Zoho Flow Zoho Projects Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Analytics and other Zoho apps in use.
- Design develop and maintain automation workflows using Zoho Flow Deluge scripting and in-app automation tools.
- Optimize business processes by automating approvals notifications data synchronization and integrations.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and continuously improve system efficiency.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports across functional areas (HR Finance ICT Operations Projects Management).
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights using Zoho Analytics and native dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and availability for decision-making.
- Handle computer configuration system setup and software installation for employees (laptops desktops peripherals).
- Provide technical support for hardware software email access issues and Zoho applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and support.
- Maintain a centralized IT asset inventory including hardware software licenses and accessories.
- Track asset allocation lifecycle renewals upgrades and decommissioning.
- Ensure assets are compliant with internal policies and security standards.
- Implement and monitor IT security controls data access policies and compliance standards.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data and enforce best practices for information security.
- Support internal audits compliance checks and documentation related to ICT governance.
- Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Requirements
- 02 years of relevant experience in ICT / IT Administration / Zoho Administration (for junior roles)(Can be scaled for seniority if needed)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite including: Zoho Directory CRM Projects Analytics Desk Flow
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho automation tools
- Understanding of IT access control security principles and compliance requirements
- Experience in system administration asset management and IT operations
- Ability to create dashboards reports and analytics for multiple business functions
- Strong problem-solving documentation and communication skills

Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience. 3 years of experience in OnBase development configuration and workflow management. Technical Skills Proficiency in OnBase workflow WorkView configuration and automation tools. Experience with /C# and JavaScript for scripting and development. Experience developing APIs integrations and system connectors. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across OnBase components and integration points. Business Skills Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated technical solutions. Experience gathering requirements documenting system changes and supporting end-users. Ability to create training materials for new workflows and enhancements. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented organized and quality-focused. Preferred Qualifications OnBase/Hyland certifications. Experience in industries such as higher education healthcare government or other document-driven environments.
