Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Developer with hands-on experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools and strong front-end and scripting capabilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing developing integrating and maintaining enterprise-scale communication systems that deliver personalized customer experiences across multiple channels such as print email SMS and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop customer communication solutions using CCM tools such as Scriptura or similar with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical document templates business rules workflows and integration integrations with downstream and upstream systems including CRM billing or content output generation such as PDF and HTML for performance and and maintain front-end components using HTML JavaScript and XML for dynamic content XPath for precise data extraction and transformation within communication and resolve issues in production and lower compliance with branding regulatory and accessibility closely with QA and infrastructure teams for deployment and to technical reviews and knowledge current with evolving CCM and front-end technologies and suggest improvements to architecture and Skills and Experience24 years of overall software development experience with at least 12 years in CCM -on experience in at least one major CCM platform such as Scriptura or in JavaScript for dynamic content and UI logic HTML for document structure and styling XML and XSLT for data modeling and transformation and XPath for querying and navigating XML debugging and performance tuning with Agile or Scrum methodology and version control tools such as to HaveExperience with cloud-based CCM of print production digital delivery channels and postal compliance to customer journey mapping or omnichannel communication SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving verbal and written communication to work independently as well as in a time management and collaboration skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
