The Role
As Sales Enablement Lead you will own the day-to-day execution of the outbound SDR function on the ground. You are the person who ensures activity turns into meetings meetings turn into pipeline and standards are enforced without exception.
You are not a strategist in the background.
You are the execution leader on the floor.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales Acquisition and partner closely with the Sales Coach while maintaining clear ownership of performance discipline and outcomes.

What Youll Do
Youll be the kind of person who:
Runs the floor and owns performance
- Drive daily cadence across calls conversations meetings and revenue outcomes
- Maintain real-time visibility of floor performance and intervene early when standards slip
- Set daily objectives and ensure execution without reminders
- Address underperformance immediately with clear expectations follow-through and consequences
- Prevent KPI manipulation through inspection spot checks and evidence-based follow-up
Enforces standards and discipline
- Set and uphold non-negotiables around punctuality preparedness professionalism effort and process
- Build a culture where KPIs are minimum requirements not aspirational targets
- Apply firm but fair leadership where standards are consistent and consequences are predictable
- Create urgency and intensity without chaos or emotional management
Own the daily stand-up (non-negotiable)
- Lead the daily SDR stand-up end-to-end
- Maintain a strict structure:
- scoreboard and commitments
- daily standard and expectations
- accountability close
- Ensure every rep leaves with clarity on numbers priorities and non-negotiables
- Partner with the Sales Coach for skills input while remaining the owner of the room
Control lead generation quality and supply
- Set expectations for lead volume and daily coverage
- Audit lead quality regularly through sampling and review
- Build tight feedback loops between SDRs and Lead Gen
- Drive correction actions and verify improvements fast
- Ensure lead output aligns with ICP vertical focus and role priorities
Align with coaching and escalate when needed
- Provide the Sales Coach with weekly floor reality: whats breaking slipping or costing output
- Request coaching themes based on real execution gaps
- Ensure coaching translates into behaviour change through inspection and consequences
- Escalate to the Global Head of Sales with evidence if coaching cadence or execution breaks
Provide clean ground truth
- Deliver accurate weekly reporting covering:
- output vs targets
- activity and behavioural adherence
- lead quality and delivery trends
- underperformance actions (status-level)
- risks early warnings and actions taken
