Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Business or a related field
- 812 years of experience in sales or commercial roles within formwork scaffolding construction materials or engineering solutions
- Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of formwork systems construction processes and project lifecycles
- Proven track record in handling large-scale projects and key accounts
- Experience in tendering contract negotiation and long sales cycles
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage
